Work is progressing well on Y Stordy, the new £2.6 million archive extension to the rear of Carmarthen library.
Contractors TRJ started work on the site in May this year and it is hoped that the building will be open by next Autumn.

Work is set to start on the new £2.6 million archive extension at the rear of Carmarthen library.
The development of the new, much needed, purpose built archives facility, Y Stordy, will help ensure the awaited return of the Carmarthenshire Archives collection to the county.
